Three Year NO BURNOUT NO FADE Limited Neon Warranty

Sign Builders of America guarantees our high quality neon glass against tube burnout for (3) years from the date of installation. This warranty includes the neon tubes themselves and any labor required to replace them.

If a sign covered by this agreement requires repair, the Customer shall notify the Company in writing, of such fact, and the Company shall, if practical, cause the sign to be put in proper repair within five days of the receipt of such notice, and if the same shall be so repaired in such period of time, Customer shall not be entitled to claim damages on account thereof.

The Company has no obligation to repair damage caused by fire, acts of God, water damage, broken glass due to physical damage, casualty or the willful or negligent acts of persons other than employees of Sign Builders of America.

This warranty is limited to (16) hours of use per (24) hour day. This warranty only includes Sign Builders of America standard colors of selected EGL or Voltarc glass.

Faded neon shall be considered for replacement after 30% loss of brightness of its original color. This is limited to glass tubes 10” and greater and 12 MM and greater.

ALL OTHER NEW WORK IS GUARANTEED FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR AGAINST ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL DEFECTS, WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIAL. Fluorescent lamps are excluded, as are acts of God, vandalism, and other causes beyond the control of the Company. Company at its option may extend this limited warranty. No extended warranty shall be binding upon company, unless such warranty is in writing and approved by an officer of the Company. All warranties are void if Company personnel do not perform work.
